We are pleased to announce the arrival of Ginette Ste-Croix as a Senior Customs Management Specialist. 

Licensed and also a member of the Canadian Society of Customs Brokers, Ginette is a recognized expert in the environment owing to her many years of experience. She specializes, among other things, in documentation and regulatory requirements, customs compliance and international trade policies and procedures. 

For almost 20 years, she held the position of Customs Services Manager at DHL Global Forwarding (Canada). In this role, she skilfully managed a team of several employees. She also fostered and maintained relationships with clients to optimize account management and customer service.

We are confident that Ginette's rich experience, combined with her ability to provide expert advice to clients, will benefit W2C.
