Training conditions

These conditions outline how the trainings operate and the rules that apply to them.
Registration and Participation

Registration for training sessions is reserved for companies. Individual registrations are not accepted.

A registration confirmation, including the connection link, is sent automatically by email. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have received this email and for confirming their access prior to the training.

  • Registration closes 48 hours prior to the training date.
  • Payment is made by credit card at the time of registration.
  • Registrations may be transferred to another participant or deferred to a later date, free of charge, up to 72 hours before the training.
  • In the case of a package purchase, registrations cannot be transferred individually. Only the full package may be transferred to another person.
  • No modifications (transfer or deferral) are permitted within 72 hours prior to the training.
  • A minimum of 3 participants is required to confirm the training session. If this minimum is not met, participants will be notified by email and contacted to arrange a new date.
  • The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training session in the event of force majeure. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • A full refund (100%) will be issued if the cancellation is made at least 10 business days prior to the training date.
  • After this period, no refunds will be issued.
  • Failure to attend the training does not constitute a valid reason for a refund.
